Surrounded by rolling hills and set in a valley, you could quite easily think you're in the heart of Wales. It's the complete holiday home for your dogs to enjoy with outdoor run sections, play pens and a lovely grass paddock to free run in and play ball – where better than a caring place for your best friends. All dog breeds catered for.

Conveniently situated off the A45, just 5 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and a short distance from Meriden, Corley and Allesley Villages just north of Coventry, set in the heart of Warwickshire.

We understand that some dogs need a little extra comfort and care during their stay. Our specialty rooms provide a quieter, more relaxed environment for senior dogs, those with medical needs, dogs recovering from injury or surgery, or any guest who would benefit from individual attention.

Each room is designed to offer a calm, homely atmosphere where your dog can rest comfortably while continuing their normal routine as much as possible. Our experienced team can administer medication as instructed, provide tailored care, and ensure every guest receives the attention they deserve.

We understand you may have questions about your pet's stay. Here are answers to some of the most common queries we receive.

What are your opening hours?

We're open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak holiday seasons.

What should I bring for my dog's stay?

Please bring your dog's vaccination records, any medications they need, their regular food (if they have a special diet), and a favorite toy or blanket for comfort. We provide premium bedding, but familiar items help with the transition.

What vaccinations are required?

All dogs must be up-to-date with their core vaccinations including Distemper, Parvovirus, Adenovirus, and Leptospirosis. Kennel Cough, While not a compulsory requirement, the Kennel Cough vaccination is recommended. If chosen, proof must be provided that the vaccine was administered at least 14 days prior to arrival, in accordance with veterinary guidance for live vaccines.

How often will my dog be exercised?

Each dog receives a minimum of 3 exercise sessions per day in our secure outdoor areas. This includes playtime in our grass paddock, walks around our rural property, and interactive play sessions with our staff based on your dog's energy level and preferences.

What if my dog needs medical attention?

We have a vet on call 24/7 and can transport your dog to our partner veterinary clinic within 15 minutes if needed. For minor issues, our trained staff can administer basic first aid. We'll contact you immediately if any medical concerns arise during your dog's stay.

Can I check on my dog during their stay?

Absolutely! We encourage owners to call or message us for updates. We're happy to send photos or short videos of your dog enjoying their stay. For longer stays, we can arrange video calls so you can see your furry friend in person.

Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?

Yes, we offer discounted rates for stays longer than 2 weeks. Please contact us for a personalized quote based on your dog's needs and the duration of stay. We also have special packages that include additional services like training sessions or premium grooming.

Do you provide any training services?

Yes, we offer basic obedience training and socialization sessions as add-on services. Our certified trainers can work on commands, leash manners, and social skills during your dog's stay. Please inquire about our training packages when booking.

Essential Information for Your Pet's Stay

To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, please review our mandatory requirements before booking.

Vaccination: All dogs must be fully vaccinated, with valid certificates presented upon arrival.
Kennel Cough:While not a compulsory requirement, the Kennel Cough vaccination is recommended. If chosen, proof must be provided that the vaccine was administered at least 14 days prior to arrival, in accordance with veterinary guidance for live vaccines.
Worming: Proof of a recent worming treatment (within the last 3 months) is required for all boarding pets.
Flea & Tick Treatment: Pets must be up-to-date with a veterinarian-approved flea and tick prevention treatment.
